Abstract (English): The objective of the present study was to evaluate the achievement of the graduate profile in students of four generations of the Master of Education, Didactic Intervention Field (MEDIF), of the Centro de Actualización del Magisterio (CAM) of Durango, Mexico. The graduate profile defines areas of knowledge, professional skills and abilities, attitudes, values and competences that a Study Plan develops (Usach, as cited in Möller & Gómez, 2014). To achieve the objective, an exploratory, descriptive-correlational, cross-sectional and non-experimental study was carried out. Using two scales, data was collected from the perspectives of students and teachers, who during the period from 2014 to 2019, attended the MEDIF and taught in this program, respectively. The main results allow to affirm that the students who attended the MEDIF at the CAM in Durango present a medium level of achievement of the graduate profile and that the Generation variable has a modulating effect.
