The objective of this investigation is establishing the impact of project management in infrastructure works. The methodology used is based on various sources of secondary information through databases in indexed articles, published theses, related to public and private infrastructure projects, In conclusion, it is important to take into account the different methodologies and strategies of project management, which are designed to be fulfilled in a certain period of time, and thus avoid delays in the execution of a project, guaranteeing the quality and standards offered to the client, as well as allowing a constant evaluation of all the counterparts involved in the execution of the project. Bu araştırmanın amacı, altyapı çalışmalarında proje yönetiminin etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Kullanılan metodoloji, kamu ve özel altyapı projeleriyle ilgili indeksli makalelerdeki veri tabanları, yayınlanmış tezler aracılığıyla çeşitli ikincil bilgi kaynaklarına dayanmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, belirli bir süre içinde yerine getirilmek üzere tasarlanmış farklı proje yönetimi metodolojilerini ve stratejilerini dikkate almak ve böylece bir projenin yürütülmesinde gecikmeleri önlemek, müşteriye sunulan kalite ve standartları garanti etmek ve projenin yürütülmesinde yer alan tüm meslektaşların sürekli olarak değerlendirilmesine izin vermek önemlidir.
