The article discusses about the significance of whole-school approaches support teachers in building coherence and progression in writing and raising students' quality of writing and helping them in achieving greater levels of maturity and sophistication. Topics discussed include university–school research partnership, quality of explicit teaching of key crafts, skills, and processes of writing linked to genres and disciplines and developing and sustaining a school vision. |
