| Abstract (English): | Educational services to children and young people in vulnerable situations do not receive the same educational quality to get the goals of the National English Program in Colombia. The objective of this study is to strengthen the Writing skills of students in vulnerability situation in the city of Bucaramanga- Colombia, using the JClic tool. A quantitative research design was set up by configuring a control group and an experimental group with 53 students to establish the effectiveness of the experiment which was established by generating an inclusive learning environment with technological mediation where learning is assisted by computer. The reported results were developed in the SPSS software, using a multivariate analysis of variance with covariance, it is concluded that there are significant differences between the results of the control group and the experimental group in the posttest for written production (p = 0,012). | Abstract (Spanish): | La atención educativa a niñas y jóvenes en situación de vulnerabilidad no es la misma en términos de calidad para lograr los objetivos propuestos en el Programa nacional de inglés en Colombia, situación que se agudiza con el tema de la emergencia sanitaria decretada por el COVID-19. El presente artículo de investigación tiene como objetivo fortalecer la producción escrita del inglés para estudiantes en situación de vulnerabilidad en la ciudad de Bucaramanga-Colombia, haciendo uso de la herramienta JClic. El diseño de investigación fue cuantitativo configurando un grupo control y un grupo experimental con 53 estudiantes para establecer estadísticamente la efectividad del experimento que se constituyó al generar un ambiente de aprendizaje inclusivo con mediación tecnológica en donde la enseñanza es asistida por computador. Los resultados reportados fueron desarrollados en el software SPSS, utilizando un análisis de varianza multivariado con covarianza, Se concluye con base en los resultados de la prueba postest, que existen diferencias significativas en la habilidad lingüística escribir (p=0,012). | Abstract (Portuguese): | O cuidado educacional a meninas e jovens em situação de vulnerabilidade não é o mesmo em termos de qualidade para alcançar os objetivos propostos no Plano Nacional de inglês na Colômbia, situação que é agravada pela questão da emergência sanitária decretada pelo COVID-19. Este artigo de pesquisa visa fortalecer a produção escrita de inglês para estudantes em situação de vulnerabilidade na cidade de Bucaramanga-Colômbia, utilizando a ferramenta JClic. O desenho da pesquisa é quantitativo, configurando um grupo controle e um grupo experimental com 53 alunos para estabelecer estatisticamente a eficácia do experimento que foi estabelecido gerando um ambiente de aprendizagem inclusivo com mediação tecnológica onde o ensino é assistido por computador. Os resultados relatados foram desenvolvidos no software SPSS, por meio de análise de variância multivariada com covariância.
