This article introduces the Media Bank CD/DVD library robotic self-check technology launched by Libramation, which allows library patrons to browse the library's media collection, select items of their choice and check out their selections. A customized graphic user interface guides their search and provides step-by-step checkout instructions. Management of the collection by library staff is simplified because items are filed in modules. |
