| Abstract: | The winter issue of the journal "Educational Measurement: Issues & Practice" announces that it will transition to a fully digital publication and distribution mode in 2024. The review of submissions for the special section on "Leveraging Measurement for Better Decisions" is ongoing, and a special report on "Foundational Competencies in Educational Measurement" has been published online. The journal also announces a cover graphic/data visualization competition and encourages authors to review the journal's website and author guidelines before submitting manuscripts. The issue features articles on topics such as item selection algorithms, measurement efficiency in mathematics assessments, student growth estimation methods, coursework intensity measurement, exploration of log data, and comparing large-scale assessments.
