| Abstract: | The winter issue of the journal "Educational Measurement: Issues & Practice" announces that it will transition to a fully digital publication and distribution mode in 2024. The review of submissions for the special section on "Leveraging Measurement for Better Decisions" is ongoing, and a special report on "Foundational Competencies in Educational Measurement" has been published online.
