The Mexican Journal of Educational Research (RMIE) is recognized for its quality in texts on educational research and has been included in international catalogs and databases. During the years 2017 and 2018, eight issues of the journal were published, prioritizing research articles. The aim was to consolidate the national and international projection strategy, as well as the digital transition to increase its visibility and accessibility. The thematic section was temporarily suspended, but the possibility of restarting it in the future was left open. Minimum rules for manuscript evaluation were established, ethical criteria were adopted, and progress was made in the digital presentation of the journal. [Extracted from the article] |

La Revista Mexicana de Investigación Educativa (RMIE) es reconocida por su calidad en textos sobre investigación educativa y ha sido incluida en catálogos y bases de datos internacionales. Durante los años 2017 y 2018, se publicaron ocho números de la revista, priorizando artículos de investigación. Se buscó consolidar la estrategia de proyección nacional e internacional, así como la transición digital para aumentar su visibilidad y accesibilidad. Se suspendió temporalmente la sección temática, pero se dejó abierta la posibilidad de reiniciarla en el futuro. Se establecieron reglas mínimas para la evaluación de manuscritos, se adoptaron criterios éticos y se avanzó en la presentación digital de la revista. [Extracted from the article] |
