| Abstract: | The spring issue of the journal "Educational Measurement: Issues & Practice" has transitioned to a fully digital publication and distribution mode. The deadline for the "Call for Commentaries: Foundational Competencies in Educational Measurement" has been extended to March 1, 2024, to accommodate graduate students who need more time to gather data. The issue features articles on topics such as generative pre-trained transformers, machine learning, computerized adaptive testing, test security, cognitive diagnosis models, and English language proficiency assessments.
