This document is an editorial from the UMAP Journal introducing new Associate Editors. The editorial expresses gratitude to retiring members of the editorial board and welcomes the new members. The new Associate Editors are Douglas Fletcher, Eric Marland, Jan Rycht ´ a ˇ r, and Guangming Yao.
