In this research, a financial management model was developed to avoid the inactivity of the surplus in MyM Consultores Cía. Ltda. The current state of the surplus in the company was evaluated and the pillars of the financial model were established. A detailed analysis of the company's current economic situation was carried out, identifying its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and areas for expansion and revenue growth were identified. The methodology included documentary and field research, using tools such as SWOT analysis and viability assessment for growth. The implementation of the financial management model plans to improve the financial situation and avoid the inactivity of the surplus. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

En esta investigación, se desarrolló un modelo de gestión financiera para evitar la inactividad del excedente en MyM Consultores Cía. Ltda. Se evaluó el estado actual del superávit en la empresa y se establecieron los pilares del modelo financiero. Se llevó a cabo un análisis pormenorizado de la situación económica actual de la compañía, identificando sus puntos fuertes, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas, y se identificaron áreas para la expansión y crecimiento de ingresos. La metodología incluyó investigación documental y de campo, empleando herramientas como el análisis FODA y evaluación de viabilidad para el crecimiento. La implementación del modelo de gestión financiera proyecta mejorar la situación financiera y evitar la inactividad del superávit. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
