Abstract (English): The aim of this research is to develop a solution proposal by revealing the problems faced by master trainers working in public education centers. Phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research designs, was used in the research. While determining the research group, the criterion sampling method, one of the purposeful sampling methods, was used. The participant group of the research consists of 11 master trainers working in public education centers in Kahramanmaraş. The data in the study were obtained by using a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis technique. As a result of the analysis, the data were divided into themes and codes. The themes and codes created were interpreted by tabulating. During the analysis, the views of the participants were also included. As a result of the research, it was determined that the participants had problems arising from social media, trainees, course places, lack of materials, administrators, professional environment and personal rights. Based on the results obtained, it can be said that improving the personal rights of master trainers, providing material and material support, active use of social media, revising the course programs, arranging the trainee acceptance criteria and raising the awareness of the administrators will contribute to the master trainers. Abstract (Turkish): Bu araştırmanın amacı, halk eğitim merkezlerinde görev yapan usta öğreticilerin karşılaştıkları problemleri ortaya koyarak çözüm önerisi geliştirmektir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden olgubilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırma grubu belirlenirken amaçlı örneklem yöntemlerinden ölçüt örneklem yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın katılımcı grubunu Kahramanmaraş ilindeki halk eğitim merkezlerinde görev yapmakta olan 11 usta öğretici oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veriler, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi tekniği ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda veriler tema ve kodlara ayrılmıştır. Oluşturulan tema ve kodlar tablolaştırılarak yorumlanmıştır. Analiz sırasında katılımcı görüşlerine de yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların, sosyal medyadan, kursiyerden, kurs yerinden, malzeme yetersizliğinden, idarecilerden, mesleki çevreden ve özlük haklarından kaynaklı problemler yaşadıkları belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlardan hareketle, usta öğreticilerin özlük haklarının iyileştirilmesinin, malzeme ve materyal desteği verilmesinin, sosyal medyanın aktif kullanılmasının, kurs programlarının revize edilmesinin, kursiyer kabul kriterlerinin düzenlenmesi ve idarecilerin bilinçlendirilmesinin usta öğreticilere katkı sağlayacağı söylenebilir.
