| Abstract (English): | INTRODUCTION. This article analyses the situation of entrepreneurship in the university, knowing and understanding the guiding actions that are implemented to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit, as well as the development of entrepreneurial projects in university students. METHOD. A qualitative methodology was applied, with a phenomenological approach, by means of 17 semi-structured interviews with technical professionals who are experts in career guidance and entrepreneurship, including 2 lecturers of master's degrees who work on the creation of entrepreneurial ideas; all of them belonging to 12 public and Spanish universities where the Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy is taught. The data obtained were analysed using a system of categories (deductive and inductive) and with the support of Nvivo software, version 12. RESULTS. The findings allow us to obtain an overall view of the entrepreneurial situation at the university, identifying the guidance methods that professionals use in counselling and guidance sessions, and highlighting the possible needs and improvements of university students in terms of entrepreneurship from the perspective of these professionals. DISCUSSION. The results obtained allow conclusions and proposals for improvement to be drawn that help to promote the development of nascent entrepreneurial projects at the university. Accordingly, this study raises important actions and implications at the level of university policy and management, improving the training and guidance of entrepreneurial professional projects that increase student impact on the labour market, and that respond to the needs detected in university students. | Abstract (Spanish): | INTRODUCCIÓN. En este artículo se analiza la situación del emprendimiento en la universidad, conociendo y comprendiendo las acciones orientadoras que se ponen en marcha para estimular el espíritu emprendedor, así como el desarrollo de proyectos emprendedores en el alumnado universitario. MÉTODO. Se aplica una metodología cualitativa, con un enfoque fenomenológico, mediante la realización de 17 entrevistas semiestructuradas a profesionales técnicos expertos en orientación profesional y emprendimiento, entre los que se encuentran 2 profesores de másteres que trabajan la creación de ideas emprendedoras; todos ellos pertenecientes a 12 universidades públicas y españolas donde se imparte el Grado en Pedagogía. Los datos obtenidos han sido analizados a partir de un sistema de categorías (deductivo e inductivo) y con el apoyo del software informático Nvivo, en su versión 12. RESULTADOS. Los hallazgos encontrados permiten obtener una visión a nivel global de la situación emprendedora en la universidad, identificando los métodos orientadores que los/as profesionales emplean en las sesiones de orientación y guía, y poniendo de manifiesto las posibles necesidades y mejoras del alumnado universitario en materia de emprendimiento desde la perspectiva de estos profesionales. DISCUSIÓN. Los resultados obtenidos permiten establecer conclusiones y propuestas de mejora que ayudan a promover el desarrollo de proyectos emprendedores nacientes en la universidad. En consonancia, este estudio plantea acciones e implicaciones importantes a nivel de política y gestión universitaria, mejorando la formación y orientación de proyectos profesionales emprendedores que incrementen el impacto estudiantil en el mercado laboral, y que den respuesta a las necesidades que se detectan en los estudiantes universitarios. Cet article analyse la situation de l'entrepreneuriat à l'université, en examinant les actions d'orientation mises en oeuvre pour stimuler l'esprit d'entreprise et le développement de projets entrepreneuriaux chez les étudiants universitaires. MÉTHODE. Une méthodologie qualitative, avec une approche phénoménologique, a été appliquée à travers 17 entretiens semi-structurés avec des experts en orientation professionnelle et en entrepreneuriat, y compris 2 professeurs de maîtrise spécialisés dans la création d'idées entrepreneuriales. Tous les participants appartiennent à 12 universités publiques espagnoles où la licence en pédagogie est enseignée. Les données obtenues ont été analysées à l'aide d'un système de catégories (déductif et inductif) et avec le soutien du logiciel Nvivo, version 12. RÉSULTATS. Les résultats offrent une vision globale de la situation entrepreneuriale à l'université, identifient les méthodes d'orientation utilisées par les professionnels lors des sessions d'orientation et de guidance, et mettent en évidence les besoins et améliorations potentiels des étudiants universitaires en matière d'entrepreneuriat, selon les professionnels interrogés. DISCUSSION. Les résultats permettent de formuler des conclusions et des propositions d'amélioration pour promouvoir le développement de projets entrepreneuriaux naissants à l'université. Cette étude propose des actions et des implications importantes au niveau de la politique et de la gestion universitaire, visant à améliorer la formation et l'orientation des projets professionnels entrepreneuriaux, augmentant ainsi l'impact des étudiants sur le marché du travail et répondant aux besoins détectés chez les étudiants universitaires.
