Abstract (English): Satisfaction with promotion opportunities with the lowest index indicates that members of the organization have a perception of career stagnation. A lack of opportunities for growth and professional development can demotivate employees from pursuing opportunities outside the company. Therefore, it is critical for companies to establish clear career plans and provide opportunities for advancement. Professional development increases motivation and job stability. The organization of work obtained an index of 0.60, which indicates that internal planning can improve satisfaction. The lowest index (0.51) corresponded to promotion opportunities, which suggests that the perception of professional stagnation affects job stability. Last but not least, social, economic, and organizational factors have an impact on job stability. To increase staff retention and reduce turnover, companies must promote a positive work environment, offer competitive salaries, and establish clear promotion plans. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
