Abstract: This study investigates the relationship between female primary school teachers' occupational burnout levels and their attitudes toward students with temporary protection status. The research employed a relational screening design, a quantitative research method. The sample consisted of 345 female teachers actively working in 58 different primary schools in the Sehitkamil district of Gaziantep province, selected through simple random sampling. Of these teachers, 73% were married. The study first used an independent samples t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Following this, Pearson Correlation (r) analysis was conducted to determine whether there was a correlation between their scores on the occupational burnout inventory and the sub-dimensions of the refugee student attitude scale.
