| Abstract: | The article discusses the court case Little vs. Llano County, wherein the court overturned a lower court ruling and concluded that the Llano County (Texas) Library did not violate the First Amendment rights of patrons by removing 17 books because of their content. Judge Stuart Kyle Duncan said that no one is banning books by removing them from libraries because the books are available elsewhere.
