Abstract (English): The quality of public services in Karawang Regency as an industrial area still faces challenges such as low team orientation, discipline, and supporting facilities, so this study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and competence on the performance of the apparatus and its impact on the quality of public services by using the quantitative explanatory survey method and multiple regression analysis on primary (30 ASN questionnaire) and secondary (document service). The results showed that leadership had the dominant influence (33.52%) on apparatus performance, followed by organizational culture (24.33%) and competence (17.21%), while the performance of the apparatus itself contributed significantly (81.9%) to the quality of service even though it was still constrained by the completeness of facilities and access to technology. The implications of the study recommend transformational leadership training, strengthening team collaboration, and technology integration to improve public services, while encouraging the implementation of evidence-based policies in industrial areas.
