Abstract (English): The purpose of this documentary research was to analyze the importance of the communicative dimension in the training of early childhood students through innovative educational projects, using the post-positivist paradigm, with a qualitative, non-experimental, documentary approach, with a descriptive scope that allowed us to understand the phenomenon under study. 6 data sources were used, with a total of 118 documents. Selection criteria were applied, leaving 12 investigations as a sample. Conclusions: it was evident that there is research related to the importance of the communicative dimension in educational processes, school projects and educational mediations related to language acquisition, research responds to realities with problems that can be generalized in different educational settings. Most of the research is related to the consequences that are generated by not addressing the Communicative Dimension in a timely and relevant manner at the preschool level, since they are based on advanced degrees in educational training related to reading and writing.
