Abstract (English): The article focuses on the creation of the International Network of Research Seedbeds during the closing event of a colloquium, with the aim of promoting cooperation among research groups. Thanks are given to various institutions and academic groups for their contribution to the event, which will take place again in 2025. Additionally, a forum on Normal Superior Schools in Colombia is highlighted, where relevant topics such as the new Law # 158 and its impact on education, the regionalization of these schools, and the employment situation of teachers were discussed. The conclusions of the forum emphasize the importance of Normal Schools as agents of transformation in rural contexts and the administrative and regulatory challenges they face. Abstract (Spanish): El artículo se centra en la creación de la Red Internacional de Semilleros de Investigación durante el acto de clausura de un coloquio, con el objetivo de fomentar la cooperación entre grupos de investigación. Se agradece a diversas instituciones y grupos académicos por su contribución al evento, que se llevará a cabo nuevamente en 2025. Además, se destaca un foro sobre las Escuelas Normales Superiores en Colombia, donde se discutieron temas relevantes como la nueva Ley # 158 y su impacto en la educación, la regionalización de estas escuelas y la situación laboral de los docentes. Las conclusiones del foro subrayan la importancia de las Escuelas Normales como agentes de transformación en contextos rurales y las problemáticas administrativas y normativas que enfrentan.
