Abstract:	This study examines ASEAN's Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) research trends and its alignment with Taiwan's New Southbound Policy (NSP) using bibliometric analysis and a systematic literature review (SLR). Findings identify three distinct phases in ASEAN TVET development: foundational skills (2014-2018), technological integration (2019-2021), and digital adaptation (2022-2024). Indonesia and Malaysia lead in research output, while Vietnam and the Philippines demonstrate growing short-term interest. The results highlight ASEAN's increasing focus on industry-aligned skills, digital transformation, and international cooperation to address workforce demands. Taiwan's expertise in smart manufacturing, digital education, and industry-academia collaboration offers strategic opportunities to enhance TVET cooperation under the NSP. Strengthening Taiwan-ASEAN TVET partnerships would foster regional skill development, drive economic growth, and support sustainable education initiatives. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
