This research aimed to develop a didactic guide that contributes to the learning of the basic technical fundamentals of soccer for girls aged 11-12 at UEP "San Gerardo," Loja, 2025. A mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative) was adopted, with a correlational study type and an exploratory scope. The methodological design was quasi-experimental, structured in three stages: pretest, intervention, and posttest. For the development of the study, various scientific methods were applied, such as inductive, deductive, analytical-synthetic, experimental, statistical, and bibliographic methods. Likewise, advanced search strategies using Boolean operators were employed to locate relevant studies published in the last five years. The instruments applied included an evaluation technical sheet and a checklist. The population consisted of female students between 11 and 12 years old belonging to the aforementioned educational institution. The results of the pedagogical intervention showed that it significantly improved the technical football skills of girls aged 11 to 12, with advances exceeding 100% in all variables. The effectiveness of a planned and structured teaching approach, aligned with the developmental stages of the girls, thus promotes the effective learning of technical football skills. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo elaborar una guía didáctica que contribuya al aprendizaje de los fundamentos técnicos básicos del fútbol en niñas de 11-12 años de la UEP "San Gerardo", Loja, 2025. Se adoptó un enfoque mixto (cuantitativo y cualitativo), con un tipo de estudio correlacional y un alcance exploratorio. El diseño metodológico fue cuasi-experimental, estructurado en tres etapas: pretest, intervención y postest. Para el desarrollo del estudio se aplicaron diversos métodos científicos como el inductivo, deductivo, analítico-sintético, experimental, estadístico y bibliográfico. Asimismo, se emplearon estrategias de búsqueda avanzada mediante operadores booleanos, con el fin de localizar estudios relevantes publicados en los últimos cinco años. Los instrumentos aplicados incluyeron una ficha técnica de evaluación y una lista de cotejo. La población estuvo compuesta por estudiantes mujeres entre 11 y 12 años pertenecientes a la institución educativa antes mencionada. Los resultados en la intervención pedagógica mostraron que mejoró significativamente las habilidades técnicas del fútbol en niñas de 11 a 12 años, con avances superiores al 100 % en todas las variables. Se evidencia así la eficacia de una enseñanza planificada y estructurada acorde al desarrollo evolutivo de las niñas promueve eficazmente el aprendizaje de habilidades técnicas del fútbol. Esta pesquisa teve como propósito elaborar um guia didático que contribua para o aprendizado dos fundamentos técnicos básicos do futebol em meninas de 11-12 anos da UEP "San Gerardo", Loja, 2025. Adotou-se uma abordagem mista (quantitativa e qualitativa), com um tipo de estudo correlacional e um alcance exploratório. O desenho metodológico foi quaseexperimental, estruturado em três etapas: préteste, intervenção e pós-teste. Para o desenvolvimento do estudo foram aplicados diversos métodos científicos como o indutivo, dedutivo, analítico-sintético, experimental, estatístico e bibliográfico. Da mesma forma, foram empregadas estratégias de busca avançada por meio de operadores booleanos, com o objetivo de localizar estudos relevantes publicados nos últimos cinco anos. Os instrumentos aplicados incluíram uma ficha técnica de avaliação e uma lista de verificação. A população foi composta por estudantes mulheres entre 11 e 12 anos pertencentes à instituição educativa mencionada anteriormente. Os resultados na intervenção pedagógica mostraram que melhorou significativamente as habilidades técnicas do futebol em meninas de 11 a 12 anos, com avanços superiores a 100% em todas as variáveis. Evidencia-se assim a eficácia de um ensino planejado e estruturado de acordo com o desenvolvimento evolutivo das meninas, promovendo eficazmente a aprendizagem de habilidades técnicas do futebol.
