| Abstract: |
The article introduces the Anti-Racist Collections Workbook, created by librarians at the University of Colorado. Topics include a critique of traditional diversity audits, which often emphasize numerical representation rather than confronting structural inequities; the use of Diane Gusa's White Institutional Presence framework; and the workbook's goal of promoting transformative, anti-racist practices, encouraging libraries to move beyond token inclusion. |
