| Abstract: | This column builds on the previous discussion with the University Library Dean about the challenges of ongoing assessment efforts, shifting from reflection to a concrete action plan. In response to these challenges, the University Library formed an assessment task force to revise the library's assessment plan. It outlines the procedures and proposed work undertaken by the task force, shares insights from their reflections, and presents key questions for library administrators and assessment practitioners to consider when adapting the plan to suit their institution's specific needs.
