Abstract (English): The association between the agents of the aerospace commercial ecosystem is driving the expansion of new businesses worldwide, especially those sponsored by the private sector. Emerging work models across various fields require the qualification of human talent to ensure employability, the development of competencies in the workplace, and the improvement of vocational training effectiveness. This article aims to analyze how labor pedagogy can contribute to reflection-action in order to link training and professional practice in the aerospace field. The AGIL method, drawn from relational theory --Adaptation of resources (A), Goal attainment (G), Integration of norms (I), and Legitimization of values (L), was used to explore the nature of relationships and functions between university and industry stakeholders. Its purpose is to foster synergy between the productive and educational domains of the aerospace field and serve as a model for other professions. This collaborative strategy contributes to strengthening academia-industry ties, enhancing vocational training and technological development as a key area for innovation and economic growth. Abstract (Spanish): La asociación entre los agentes del ecosistema comercial aeroespacial está generando la expansión de nuevas empresas en todo el mundo, patrocinadas especialmente por el sector privado. Las nuevas formas de trabajo en diversos campos requieren cualificar el talento humano para asegurar la empleabilidad, desarrollo competencial en un puesto de trabajo y mejorar la eficacia de la formación profesional. El objetivo de este artículo consiste en analizar cómo la pedagogía laboral puede contribuir a la reflexión-acción para articular la formación y el ejercicio profesional del campo aeroespacial. El método AGIL: Adaptation de medios (A), Gestión de fines (G), Integración de normas (I) y Legitimación de valores (L), tomado de la teoría relacional, permitió profundizar en el sentido de las relaciones y funciones entre los agentes de la universidad y la empresa para generar sinergias entre el ámbito productivo y educativo del campo aeroespacial y servir de referente a otras profesiones. Esta estrategia colaborativa contribuye al fortalecimiento entre academia e industria y potencia la formación profesional y el desarrollo tecnológico en un campo clave para la innovación y el crecimiento económico. Abstract (Portuguese): A parceria entre os agentes do ecossistema comercial aeroespacial tem impulsionado a expansão de novas empresas ao redor do mundo, especialmente apoiadas pelo setor privado. As novas formas de trabalho em diversos domínios exigem a qualificação do capital humano com vistas a garantir a empregabilidade, desenvolver competências no emprego e melhorar a eficácia da formação profissional. O objetivo deste artigo é analisar como a pedagogia do trabalho pode contribuir para a reflexão-ação para articular a formação e a prática profissional no campo aeroespacial. O método AGIL -- acrônimo oriundo da teoria relacional, em inglês, que se refere às funções de adaptação de meios (A), gestão de fins (G), integração de normas (I) e legitimação de valores (L) -- permitiu aprofundar o significado das relações e funções entre os agentes da universidade e da empresa para gerar sinergias entre os campos produtivo e educacional do campo aeroespacial e servir de referência para outras profissões. Essa estratégia colaborativa contribui para o fortalecimento da colaboração entre academia e indústria e promove a formação profissional e o desenvolvimento tecnológico em um setor fundamental para a inovação e para o crescimento econômico.
