Abstract (English): The objective of this work was to, through a bibliographic search, to approach the concept of digital inclusion and to analyze the difficulties found in the process of digital inclusion and the preparation and of students and teachers to face this new reality. The interest in the research theme, based on the difficulties encountered in times of pandemic and the wide open social differences that exist in Brazilian society, especially in education, in addition to the difficulties in accessing low-income students to the media available to continue the training processes that run through the literacy processes in all disciplines (mathematics and its technologies, languages and its technologies and technology) which must also consider the senses mobilized from the insertion of the electronic network in textbooks, the manifestations of language at school, in all ways of producing meanings, especially those involving the use of new technologies. Abstract (Portuguese): O objetivo deste trabalho foi, através de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, abordar o conceito de inclusão digital e analisar as dificuldades encontradas no processo de inclusão digital e do preparado e de alunos e professores para enfrentamento dessa nova realidade. O interesse pelo tema de investigação a partir das dificuldades encontradas em tempos de pandemia e pelo escancarar das diferenças sociais existentes na sociedade brasileira, especialmente na educação, além das dificuldades de acesso dos alunos de baixa renda às mídias disponibilizadas para prosseguimento dos processos de formação que perpassam pelos processos de letramento em todas as disciplinas (matemática e suas tecnologias, linguagens e suas tecnologias e tecnologia) que também deve considerar os sentidos mobilizados a partir da inserção da rede eletrônica em livros didáticos, as manifestações de linguagem na escola, em todas as formas de produção de sentidos, em especial, as que envolvem o uso das novas tecnologias.
