Abstract (English): The purpose of this study is to define the characteristics of Latin American educational research about the representation of climate change among secondary school students during the period 2015-2024. To this end, a systematic literature review was carried out, following the guidelines of the PRISMA extension for scoping reviews (PRISMA-ScR). The methodology involved the design and implementation of a search strategy by establishing eligibility criteria and consulting the Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, and Dialnet databases, and the review comprised a total of 40 articles. The results show an interest in understanding the subjectivities of secondary school students on climate change in a more contextualized way, with a view to developing educational strategies that are appropriate to the social, economic, and environmental characteristics of the Latin American context. Abstract (Spanish): El presente estudio tiene como propósito caracterizar la investigación educativa latinoamericana sobre la representación del cambio climático en estudiantes de secundaria durante el periodo 2015-2024. Para ello se realizó una revisión documental desde un enfoque sistemático, siguiendo las directrices de la extensión PRISMA para revisiones de alcance (PRISMA-ScR). La metodología consideró el diseño e implementación de una estrategia de búsqueda mediante el establecimiento de criterios de elegibilidad y la consulta en las bases de datos Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc y Dialnet. La revisión incluyó un total de 40 artículos. Los resultados evidencian un interés por comprender de manera contextualizada las subjetividades del estudiantado de secundaria sobre el cambio climático, con miras a desarrollar estrategias educativas situadas y acordes con las características sociales, económicas y ambientales del contexto latinoamericano.
