This work aims to describe the training workshops for editors of the Cuban Journal of Natural and Traditional Medicine, published by the National Center for Scientific Research in Havana, Cuba, on the use of Open Journal Systems within the context of technological education. A four-section training program, titled "Technological Education in Scientific Publishing," was designed to train the editors. Theoretical, empirical, and expert-based methods were applied. The training program was conducted in four stages, combining in-person instruction with online support. The program's effectiveness was evaluated based on the participants' ability to use the platform and the corresponding teaching materials. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

El trabajo tiene como objetivo exponer los Talleres de Capacitación para los editores de la Revista Cubana de Medicina Natural y Tradicional del Centro Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas, La Habana, Cuba, sobre el uso del Open Journals Systems, en el contexto de la educación tecnológica. Se diseñó un entrenamiento en 4 secciones para adiestrar a los editores llamado: "La Educación Tecnológica en la Editorial Científica". Se aplicaron métodos teóricos, empíricos y de criterio de especialista. Se realizó un programa de entrenamiento presencial y con apoyo virtual en cuatro etapas comprendidas ente el 21 de agosto y el 21 de septiembre de 2023.
