Abstract (English): The article focuses on the book "Available Lexicon of Valencian Schoolchildren" by María Begoña Gómez-Devís, which proposes a unifying methodology to investigate the available lexicon in children aged 6 to 12 years. The author highlights the scarcity of studies on children's vocabulary compared to other groups and presents a detailed analysis of the evolution of vocabulary in primary education students, based on surveys that collect sociological and lexical information. The results indicate that sixth-grade students have a broader and more cohesive lexicon than third-grade students, and the most and least productive areas of interest in terms of vocabulary are identified. The work is considered a significant advancement for the study of children's language and the design of pedagogical strategies. [Extracted from the article]
[Extracted from the article]
