| Abstract (English): |
The hotel sector faces challenges related to high staff turnover, the need to maintain consistent service quality, and extended working hours. The objective of this research was to determine the level of organizational commitment among employees of a hotel in Villahermosa, Tabasco. The study followed a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive, and correlational design. A questionnaire was applied to 110 employees, validated through exploratory factor analysis, which grouped three dimensions: emotional, ethical, and continuance commitment, explaining 62.16% of the variance with acceptable reliability (α = .854).
