Abstract:	An interview with Tamika Barnes and Becky Calzada, candidates for president of the American Library Association (ALA), is presented. They discuss their goals for working with the ALA and its divisions, plans to grow and retain membership with the Association of Colelge and Research Libraries (ACRL), initiatives to support divisions like ACRL given the financial constraints and stagging changes at the ALA, and actions to support academic library workers.
