Abstract (English):	In the education of gifted students, science is one of the primary disciplines that contribute to the development of high-level cognitive skills, such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. In this context, the aim was to examine postgraduate thesis studies published in the Council of Higher Education National Thesis Center (YÖKTEZ) on the science education of gifted students between 2000 and 2024 in terms of various variables. In the study, the document analysis technique was used within the scope of the qualitative research method, and 61 graduate thesis studies were evaluated by the content analysis method. The findings show that the majority of the postgraduate theses on science education of gifted students were conducted at the master's level and within Istanbul University. The majority of the theses were conducted at the secondary school level, and it was determined that the studies conducted at the primary and high school levels were limited. It was determined that forms and scales were widely used as data collection tools, and descriptive and content analyses were widely employed in data analysis. The fact that the studies were concentrated in certain universities and focused on students at the secondary school level reveals that research on science education tends to focus on these areas. The findings provide important data to understand the scope and trends of academic studies on science education for gifted students. This study examines graduate theses on science education of gifted students published in Turkey between 2000 and 2024 and is limited to the studies included in YÖKTEZ. In future research, it is recommended to examine international theses and articles on science education for gifted students. To additionally, it would be crucial to increase the number of studies at the high school and primary school levels to gain a deeper understanding of how science education influences all educational processes for gifted students. Abstract (Turkish):	Özel yetenekli öğrencilerin eğitiminde fen bilimleri; eleştirel düşünme, problem çözme ve yaratıcılık gibi üst düzey bilişsel becerilerin gelişimine katkı sağlayan temel disiplinlerden biridir. Bu bağlamda, araştırmada 2000-2024 yılları arasında özel yetenekli öğrencilerin fen eğitimine yönelik Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi (YÖKTEZ)’nde yayımlanan lisansüstü tez çalışmalarının çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kapsamında doküman incelemesi tekniği kullanılmış, belirlenen 61 lisansüstü tez çalışması betimsel içerik analizi yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular, özel yetenekli öğrencilerin fen eğitimine yönelik lisansüstü tezlerin çoğunluğunun yüksek lisans düzeyinde ve İstanbul Üniversitesi bünyesinde gerçekleştiğini göstermektedir. Tezlerin çoğunluğu ortaokul düzeyinde gerçekleştirilmiş olup ilkokul ve lise seviyesinde yapılan çalışmaların sınırlı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak form ve ölçeklerin, veri analizinde ise betimsel analiz ve içerik analizinin yaygın olarak kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmaların belirli üniversitelerde yoğunlaşması ve ortaokul düzeyindeki öğrencilere odaklanması, fen eğitimine yönelik araştırmaların bu alanlara eğilim gösterdiğini ortaya koymaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular, özel yetenekli öğrencilerin fen eğitimine yönelik akademik çalışmaların kapsamını ve eğilimlerini anlamaya yönelik önemli veriler sunmaktadır. Bu çalışma, 2000-2024 yılları arasında Türkiye’de yayımlanan özel yetenekli öğrencilerin fen eğitimine yönelik lisansüstü tezleri incelemekte olup YÖKTEZ’de yer alan çalışmalarla sınırlıdır. Gelecekte yapılacak araştırmalarda, özel yetenekli öğrencilerin fen eğitimine yönelik uluslararası tez ve makalelerin de incelenmesi önerilmektedir. Bunun yanı sıra, lise ve ilkokul düzeyindeki araştırmaların artırılması, özel yetenekli öğrencilerin tüm eğitim süreçlerinde fen eğitiminin nasıl şekillendiğini anlamak açısından önemli olacaktır.
