| Abstract (English): |
This study analyzes the influence of physical activity on the basic fundamentals of volleyball at an academy located in the city of Trujillo, La Libertad, with the aim of understanding each component and the associated sporting processes. In addition, an analysis of various authors between 2020 and 2024 was conducted, integrating different studies on the topic. Thus, after data collection, it was identified that frequency, duration, and intensity show a significant positive relationship with serving, reception, and attacking. The most important findings emerge from practicing the sport frequently—3 to 5 days per week—while also maintaining daily session durations of no less than 90 minutes and a moderate intensity for learning these fundamentals. For the collection and analysis of scientific data, a quantitative methodology was used, with a descriptive scope, basic type, and a non-experimental, correlational, crosssectional design. Likewise, surveys were administered for both variables and an observation checklist was applied to a group of 55 athletes; for this reason, an increase in improvement was identified, and these results represent constructive aspects for sports practice. These will be beneficial for each athlete, as well as for coaches and future researchers. Finally, we conclude that maintaining a consistent practice of physical activity improves cognitive performance in the teaching of the basic fundamentals of volleyball. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
