Abstract (English): In the era where intelligent technology empowers data with infinite interpret ability, evidence- based teaching evaluation plays a positive role in enhancing teaching efficiency. To actively address the challenges posed by the Compulsory Education English Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition) and the digital transformation of education, this paper focuses on the evidence-based evaluation and strategies for primary school English reading instruction. By leveraging artificial intelligence to empower teaching, it addresses students 'three learning stages: accurately identifying their knowledge weaknesses before class, dynamically monitoring their learning performance during class, and tracking personalized review and homework after class. This approach constructs a data-driven English reading evaluation system, fostering the development of students' subjectivity, initiative, and independence. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
