| Abstract (English): | This article offers an approach to sports training based on complex systems theory and systemic thinking, with particular emphasis on boxing. As opposed to reductionist methodologies that isolate variables, it argues that boxing performance should be understood as an emergent phenomenon resulting from the dynamic interaction of physiological, psychological, technical, social, and contextual factors. The concept of the athlete as an "ontosystem"--embedded within a network of micro-, meso-, and macrosystems--is introduced, calling for an interdisciplinary methodological approach. The article explores how to integrate qualitative observations, technical assessments, professional intuition, and real-time tactical analysis, and how to develop strategies from a dynamic perspective. These ideas are illustrated through three empirical cases that show how each system responds differently to specific perturbations, highlighting the epistemological and practical value of this approach in challenging linear, standardized, stereotypical, and predictable conceptions of training.
