Abstract (English): This study aimed to design and implement an institutional physical activity program to improve the well-being and physical fitness of 30 police officers from the San Juan Circuit in the Manuela Sáenz District. The intervention lasted 12 weeks, with three weekly sessions of 45 to 60 minutes each. The methodology employed was a quantitative, descriptive, preexperimental design, using a single-group pretest/posttest design. Before and after the intervention, standardized physical tests were administered to assess cardiovascular endurance (12-minute walk test), muscular strength (push-ups and sit-ups), and Body Mass Index (BMI), in addition to a structured workplace well-being survey. The results of the study demonstrated significant improvements in the physical fitness of the police personnel after the implementation of the sports training program. An increase in cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength was observed, as well as a decrease in average body mass index, demonstrating a positive impact of physical activity on the participants' physical condition. Inferential statistical analysis using the paired-samples t-test confirmed that the differences between the pre-test and post-test were statistically significant (p < 0.05), demonstrating the effectiveness of the program. Consequently, it is concluded that the systematic implementation of physical activities contributes to strengthening the physical performance and overall well-being of police personnel. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
