Abstract (English): This article focuses on the current needs and challenges identified by educational advisors (EAs) in preschool education in Quebec, particularly regarding the inclusion of children with additional support needs, collaboration among adults (practitioners and families), and pedagogical practices. The EAs highlight gaps in training related to autism spectrum disorders, emotional regulation, attachment issues, as well as the need for better collaboration with families starting from four-year-old kindergarten. They also emphasize the importance of reconciling learning areas with an adapted pedagogy, without academic precocity, and the need for resources to set up play spaces. These findings aim to guide future training to support professional development and the well-being of children and practitioners in the preschool environment. [Extracted from the article]
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
