The book provides an accessible synthesis of theoretical frameworks and practical examples from diverse global contexts, emphasizing decolonizing perspectives and concepts such as dignity and transformative agency. It is structured around four core chapters—two each on peace education and human rights education—complemented by an introduction, conclusion, and an extensive annotated bibliography.
