Abstract (English): The text focuses on the strategy of training school teachers through Educational Action Research, implemented with direct support in the classroom, based on the ethical and contextual vision of educational action by Ciro Parra. This methodology promotes cycles of action and reflection that generate meaningful encounters between teachers, students, and advisors, transforming pedagogical practice into a vital relationship committed to the community. The University of La Sabana led this initiative, extending its presence to diverse rural and urban areas, strengthening teacher identity and social impact through continuous training and the deep connection between teachers and their contexts. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
