Abstract (English): Research on entrepreneurial competence in education, predominantly theoretical in the last five years, emphasises the relevance of this skill at different educational levels, given that, as a cross-cutting competence, it contributes to the integrated development of knowledge, attitudes and skills that enable students to successfully face contemporary work and social challenges. The aim of this study was to analyse the scientific literature published in the last five years on entrepreneurial competence in secondary and higher education, in order to understand how this concept is addressed in previous research, identify the main methodological approaches used and analyse the role of teacher training in the development of students' entrepreneurial competence. To this end, a systematic review was carried out following the PRISMA guidelines, based on the analysis of 25 scientific articles found in the Web of Science (WoS), Scopus, Dialnet, Google Scholar and UbuCAT databases, which were searched between 15 January and 3 March 2024. The main conclusions highlight the challenges that exist in achieving the effective implementation of entrepreneurial education in the classroom, with the insufficient specific training of teachers and the need to provide them with adequate teaching resources to promote an entrepreneurial culture standing out as relevant aspects. These results highlight the importance of addressing these limitations in order to promote the acquisition of fundamental entrepreneurial skills, enabling students to face the challenges of today's world and contribute to economic and social development. This study provides an updated and comprehensive overview, identifies relevant gaps in the educational implementation of entrepreneurial competence, and emphasizes the role of teachers as a key transformative force in teaching and learning processes.
