Abstract: The article focuses on the Teen Summit, an annual event sponsored by the Chesapeake Public Schools Office of Family and Community Engagement that empowers middle and high school students to lead presentations on youth leadership, mental health, and stress management. Organized and delivered primarily by students from seven district high schools, the summit fosters student voice and engagement, allowing participants to influence district policies and build leadership skills.
