Abstract (English):	This article examines how childhood and family are shaped in the context of attributed parental disabilities by social welfare systems. Using documents from a youth welfare office file, it reconstructs how the attribution of disability dominates the definition of the problem and how the parenting abilities are under constant observation. The analysis shows that professionals in interorganizational collaborations design assistance, while the family appears primarily as an object of professional-organizational processing. With admission to daycare, the perception of the problem is extended to the child from the perspective of disability. Childhood thus proves to be professionally and organizationally shaped, with the risk of reinforcing exclusion rather than promoting participation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (German):	Der Beitrag untersucht, wie Kindheit und Familie im Kontext zugeschriebener elterlicher Behinderungen durch sozialstaatliche Hilfesysteme geformt werden. Anhand der Analyse von Dokumenten aus einer Jugendamtsakte wird rekonstruiert, wie die Zuschreibung elterlicher Behinderung die Problemdefinition dominiert und die Erziehungsfähigkeit der Eltern unter ständiger Beobachtung steht. Die Analyse zeigt, dass Fachkräfte in interorganisationalen Kooperationen Hilfen gestalten, während die Familie primär als Objekt der professionell-organisationalen Bearbeitung erscheint. Mit der Aufnahme in die Kindertagesstätte wird die Problemwahrnehmung unter der Perspektive Behinderung auf das Kind ausgeweitet. Kindheit erweist sich damit professionell-organisational formiert, mit dem Risiko, Exklusion eher zu verstärken als Teilhabe zu fördern. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
