| Abstract: | Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized the landscape of education today, ushering in a new era of adaptive learning platforms, AI-powered tutors, predictive analytics, administrative process automation, and digital accessibility. While AI holds promise to revolutionize education, it has also raised important questions of algorithmic bias, digital exclusion, inequitable opportunities to learning, surveillance, and ethical governance for institutions. The study examines socio-technical Return on Investment (ROI) of inclusive learning environments in relation to algorithmic equity and AI lifestyle integration. The research highlights the importance of AI systems in improving educational accessibility, institutional sustainability, and participation by various groups of learners, including those with disabilities, and marginalised groups. The study is conceptual-analytical research and has a qualitative research approach that utilizes secondary sources (scholarly sources, policy reports, accessibility frameworks, and interdisciplinary academic sources) related to educational technology, digital governance, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and humancentered AI systems. A socio-technical analytical framework has been developed to examine the interconnections of the technological infrastructures, institutional governance, learner access, ethical deployment of AI and educational results. The analytical approach involves a technological, institutional, human-centered and ethical dimension to evaluate the impact of AI on the overall transformation of education. The results show that AI-powered accessibility technologies like speech-to-text, adaptive interfaces, interactive tutoring, and live captioning significantly enhance learner engagement and participation in education. The study further demonstrates that algorithmic equity can be used as a tool to enhance the transparency and inclusivity of the decision-making process within institutions, thereby boosting the learners' trust in institutions, fairness, and staying at them. The authors can identify the multidimensional institutional benefits that can be achieved by using inclusive AI, including operational efficiency benefits, accessibility benefits, education sustainability benefits, and satisfaction of the learners. However, there is still a great deal to be done, including algorithmic discrimination, the absence of digital infrastructure, digital accessibility, data privacy, and digital literacy of faculty. The study highlights four major factors that need to be taken into account in implementing sustainable AI-driven educational transformation: (1) Transparency in governance, (2) Inclusion in policy design, (3) Accessibility in the design of technology, and (4) Continuous ethical evaluation. To guarantee equitable, accessible, and socially responsible education spaces in the digital era, it is crucial to integrate AI systems into Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles and humancentered governance strategies.
