Abstract (English):	Objective: to analyze the incorporation of the STC 4360 de 2018 Ruling in the School Environmental Projects (PRAE) in Florencia, Caquetá. Methodology: qualitative with an action-research design, reviewing the PRAE documents in 12 educational institutions. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with environmental education experts and local officials, to understand the current perspectives and practices around the implementation of the Ruling. Results: the findings revealed deficiencies in the implementation of the Ruling in the PRAE, especially in the teaching of climate change and the conservation of the Amazon. A poor alignment was observed between the PRAE and national and local policies in relation to climate change in addition to a limited integration of climate education. The urgency of restructuring the PRAE is underlined, adopting participatory approaches that promote scientific and investigative skills and a stronger environmental awareness of educational communities. Conclusion: greater coordination and monitoring is needed between educational and environmental policies to foster commitment to biodiversity conservation and climate change mitigation. This coordination is essential to train citizens in schools who are aware of and committed to contemporary environmental challenges, as well as to the care and preservation of the Amazon. Abstract (Spanish):	Objetivo: analizar la incorporación de la Sentencia STC 4360 de 2018, en los Proyectos Ambientales Escolares (PRAE) en Florencia, Caquetá. Metodología: cualitativa, con un diseño de investigaciónacción, revisando los documentos PRAE en 12 instituciones educativas. Se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas con expertos en educación ambiental y funcionarios locales para comprender las perspectivas y prácticas actuales en torno a la implementación de la Sentencia. Resultados: los hallazgos revelaron deficiencias en la implementación de la Sentencia en los PRAE, especialmente en la enseñanza del cambio climático y la conservación de la Amazonia. Se observó una escasa alineación entre los PRAE y las políticas nacionales y locales con relación al cambio climático, además de una integración limitada de la educación climática. Se subraya la urgencia de reestructurar los PRAE, adoptando enfoques participativos que promuevan competencias científicas e investigativas y una conciencia ambiental más sólida de las comunidades educativas. Conclusión: es necesaria una mayor articulación y seguimiento entre las políticas educativas y ambientales para fomentar compromiso con la conservación de la biodiversidad y la mitigación del cambio climático. Esta coordinación es fundamental para formar desde las escuelas ciudadanos conscientes y comprometidos con los desafíos ambientales contemporáneos, así como con el cuidado y preservación de la Amazonia.
