Abstract: The article reports on the involvement of a business education teacher in making decisions about the appropriate teaching and learning strategies used in the classroom. The author implies that observation is the fundamental strategy underlying effective utilization of all other strategies. Observation, if practiced, can be one of the most rewarding experiences of an educator's career and will lead to greater success in the business education classroom. The author also presents the list of teaching strategies used in the classroom.
