Abstract: The article discusses integrating educational experiences that have been created in the College of Arts and Sciences of a university in the U.S. to make progress toward the goal of general education. The following factors were considered: emphasis upon chapel programs attendance; required general course for all entering freshmen students; and a series of seminars and general colloquia attended by all faculty members and students. The seminars are based on interests in the fields of the different college departments.
