| Abstract: | The article reflects on social democracy in developing countries. The authors point out that in order to succeed social-democratic movements in developing countries must work toward a society without poverty or social exclusion by avoiding two current utopian ideas: the self-regulating market and the ideas of "localization" and separation from globalization. |
