Abstract: Reports on a survey conducted by the Queens Borough Public Library to determine the confidence levels of librarians in using electronic reference sources. Two test groups plus a control group of non public service librarians used for comparison purposes; High confidence level in using the Library's Catalog and lower results in using the Internet.
