The article focuses on the new millennium world driven by technology that brought virtual connection to change human communication, social behavior, relationships and learning. The changes have also affected workplace skills, increased demand for training and changed distance education. The new millennium skills provide increased performance in business and industry, and are also the same skills needed by continuing education professionals in developing sustainable programs. |
