Las diferentes tecnologías de la información y comunicación han cambiado con el paso de los años las diferentes sociedades por donde se han ido implantando. La consagración y adopción de las diferentes tecnologías ha consistido en procesos formativos mediante los cuales las creencias y expectativas que se les atribuían han hecho tal efecto que al final acaban por ser realidades y ante ella hemos de enfrentarnos.
