Abstract: The article discusses the programmatic view of Ton Jörg on the significance of thinking in complexity on learning. It is noted that Jörg demanded learning as bootstrapping with concomitant effects on the partners in interaction. He explained that thinking in complexity opens new areas in education including learners who bootstrap each other in sub-communities of mutual learners to be created. In addition, it is stated that education and knowledge is an advantage of competition in highly developed countries of Europe with high standards of salaries, but with shortage of raw material.
